Rick has over 21 years of marketing and management experience specializing in programs designed to maximize and enhance the customer experience. Rick’s focus is the analytical and metric approach with an obtainable ROI before successfully launching a customer loyalty strategy.

Before joining Denali, Rick started and operated a successful loyalty marketing consulting firm, Customer Experience Marketing, with a list of clients that included International Paper, Chase, Visa, Emirates Airlines and U.S. Bank. Rick has held senior management positions at U.S. Bank, Carlson Marketing, and Northwest Airlines.

Rick has been a loyalty industry leader in both theory and practice by designing innovative customer loyalty strategies for such companies as Merrill Lynch, American Express, Eddie Bauer, Budget Rent-a-Car, Diners Club, Ameritech, Titleist/Footjoy, Adelphia Communications and Northwest Airlines. Rick is an accomplished publisher on the trends and evolution of loyalty programs and has spoken at several seminars educating and engaging companies on the value of customer loyalty.
