Margaret is a proven leader in the consumer, employee, and channel marketing arenas. Her strength is in building relationships with key clients and partners to deliver innovative and integrated services that drive results. Margaret has over 16 years of experience in marketing services and most recently was Senior Vice President, Client Services for Carlson Marketing Worldwide, the fifth largest US Marketing Services agency as ranked by Advertising Age.
Margaret has helped Fortune 500 companies such as GE, Office Depot, and Bank of America focus on building deeper relationships with their key audiences by identifying, developing and delivering insight-driven marketing strategies and initiatives. Early in her career, Margaret leased and managed a restaurant as well as managed a retail complex enabling her to focus on creating participation among browsing customers that fueled transactions and year-over-year sales growth.
Recognized consistently for her ability to help clients grow their business, Margaret earned the top internal award within Carlson Companies, a Carlson Fellow (“Curtie”) for Customer Service. In 2006, Margaret was also named to the Top 40 Under Forty by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.
Margaret earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and she is a graduate of Carlson’s Executive Leadership Program (ELP) through the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
